These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Blue Mabry Ventures LLC ("Company") for business process architecture, operational auditing, and advisory services.

Scope of Services: Services include but are not limited to workflow stress-testing, transition management, third-party oversight, risk mapping, and data-driven scaling strategy. Deliverables are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely access to personnel, systems, and documentation necessary for service delivery.

Intellectual Property: All methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed by Blue Mabry Ventures remain our exclusive property. Customized deliverables may be licensed for internal use only.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all non-public information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Due to the customized, labor-intensive nature of our operational consulting services, Blue Mabry Ventures LLC operates under the following refund policy:

Retainer & Discovery Phase: A non-refundable retainer (typically 25% of total project fee) secures your engagement slot and covers initial discovery, scoping, and planning.

Work-in-Progress: Once active work begins (e.g., on-site audits, vendor oversight, or transition management), fees are non-refundable as services are rendered in real time based on your unique operational context.

Cancellation: If you cancel after work commences, you will be billed for all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

No Standard Products: We do not sell digital products, software, or templates—only bespoke advisory services. Therefore, standard e-commerce refund policies do not apply.

Disputes: Any billing concerns must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice receipt.
